We are delighted to introduce the newest member of the ESR Connect Team, Corinne Firth-Surkitt.

Corinne is joining us part-time as a Customer Care Agent and will be the main point of contact for our clients when they come to renew their contracts and deal with the billing side of things. Corinne is lovely to deal with and can call upon a wealth of experience in customer care and account management, and has held credit control roles for major organisaions such as TNT International and Senator International before joining ESR Connect.

In her spare time, Corinne is a keen runner and, along with her husband and young son, she loves nothing more than taking part in Parkrun events which have become a huge part of her life.

Corinne recently completed ‘The Wall’ which is a gruelling 70 mile ultra-marathon stretching between Carlise and Newcastle. Despite picking up a knee injury at mile 51, her dedication was such that she was determined to finish and did so in a little over 24 hours which was an incredible achievement and one which she is rightly proud of.

As well as her role with ESR Connect, Corinne also works as a Humanist Celebrant. A people-person through and through, Corinne feels the importance of honouring those we have lost by learning about them and telling their life story in a way that allows their loved ones to recognise them and remember the times they shared. Her work in this area allows her to achieve this, as well as provding a vital service to her local community.

Corinne is friendly and engaging and is committed to ensuring that the needs of our clients and users are met and taken seriously. These qualities help her to get queries resolved quickly and efficiently either on her own, or via escalation to the relevant teams and we very much hope you will enjoy working with her as much as we do.

A word from Corinne

Having two very different jobs alongside each other means I can combine all of the tasks I enjoy doing in my working day across the two roles. I am looking forward to building a great working relationship with the staff at ESR Connect and the clients who I will be getting to know over the coming months.
