Following on from the news that our Technical Director, Paul Reade will retire in April 2020, we are thrilled to announce that our team is growing!

We hope you will join us in giving Mark Anderson, our new Senior Systems Architect, the warmest of welcomes to ESRconnect.

Mark is a seasoned and highly skilled systems architect with over 20 years’ experience designing and implementing complex applications, business integration solutions and cloud-based systems for large private and public sector organisations. He is an expert in modern development technologies and has a solid background with Excel development too having previously built systems similar to those we currently provide. He has successfully delivered many complex projects for large corporations, the NHS and a range of major government departments. In other words, he’s extremely good and we are very excited and indeed privileged to have him on board.

Mark is currently working closely with Paul Reade and is already starting to take over the support and development of our existing products. He is fully on board with our mission to provide outstanding customer service and innovative products that deliver real savings and results and has some exciting ideas for improvements and new developments as well so we will keep you informed of progress.

As if all that wasn’t enough, Mark also happens to be a smashing guy too! What a bonus. He has a genuine passion for his work, a great sense of humour, and he’s pretty handy in the kitchen so we are hoping that some of his culinary delights make it into the office to liven up lunch! We are sure that Mark will make a valuable contribution to ESRconnect, and in turn to the important and challenging work of our users.

“I’m very excited that Shaun and Paul have given me this chance to contribute to the future of ESRconnect.  I’m learning a great deal and look forward to spending the next few months getting fully to grips with the deep understanding that Paul brings to the solution. Having gained valuable experience designing similar systems for complex public and private sector organisations in the past I hope to build on Paul’s hard work and further enhance the experience for all our customers, and am very keen to work closely with them and Shaun to achieve this.”
